A First Class Quality Job

“ Honest, neat, reliable, fast… what more could you ask for?

Although we have a fairly new built home, we were having a major leak problem that we thought was being caused by our plumbing pipes.

Things came to a head when our living room ceiling fell in. We called our insurance company, Chubb, who sent an investigator to find the cause of the leak.

No one could find the exact cause until Mark from Regal entered the scene. He arrived promptly and kept all appointments on time and as arranged. His staff are knowledgeable, top rate and very obliging, and since we know that some of his work comes from Chubb Insurance, he must be good. His number 2 man, Alex is incredible, and they kept us up to date with 'before' and 'after' photos as the job progressed.

Since the problem with our flat roof was caused by builder negligence, the leak was not covered by insurance. Regal's price was reasonable and also offered a 10 year written guarantee.

They were neat, efficient and completed a first class quality job, going over and above what was required.

Thank you Mark and crew. Wouldn't hesitate to use you again myself or refer your company to someone else.”
