** REROOFING CREWS **

Requirements:

• 5+ years' experience in steep, sloped and flat roofing

• Asphalt, cedar, slate roof installation experience

• Torch welding application experience

• Mod Bit membrane experience

• Supply own tools

• Liability insurance

• WSIB clearance certificate

• HST number and Master Business License or incorporation

• Working at heights certification

• Quality oriented

• Professional in appearance and conduct

• Reliable and punctual

• Vehicle and valid driver's license

• Safety equipment for all crew members

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently as a subcontractor

• Top wages for experienced professionals

Ideally, the crew will have a metal flashing installer with experience in sawtooth counter flashing, chimney flashing and wall flashing

** TORCH WELDING ROOFING SPECIALIST **

Requirements:

• 5+ years of torch-on roofing experience on steep, sloped and flat roofs

• Able to demonstrate skills using 2-ply SBS, insulation, adhesives, and vapour barriers

• Mod Bit membrane experience (certification ideally)

• Built up roofing systems experience

• Professional in appearance and conduct

• Client focused, team player, reliable and quality oriented

• Valid driver's license

• Supply own tools and safety equipment

• Able to work at heights and lift heavy materials

• Working at heights certification

• Good communication and organizational skills
