“I highly recommend Mark Steven at Regal Roofing. He was recommended by a neighbour who is in the building maintenance business. I received several quotes for a complicated job involving both a regular roof with new skylights and a flat roof. I chose Mark because he identified issues such as a rotted area near one skylight which no one else mentioned, and his quote was very competitive. When the roof was opened up, he fixed mistakes left from the previous job 20 yrs ago e.g. the roof ridge vent was only open on one side, missing insulation in spots and a bathroom vent which was improperly connected and would have left moisture under the roof. He also used a wider ice shield than others proposed. His workmen are meticulous and were outstanding, and he oversaw the job with photos provided. I was very happy with the result.”
